| The central military pub within the Alchemist Academy, many variable ranks of commanders and generals meet in a board room. Some new, some old, they assign tasks and missions, as well as discuss matters.

| An generalized meeting area where Alchemists can meet and have private (or open) conversations among the masses of fellow State Alchemists. Food is also served as to provide nutrition.
